WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

Only what's strictly necessary to serve you and deliver your order:
- Identification: first and last name
- Contact details: address, email, phone number
- Order: products purchased, amount, history
- Payment: processed directly by Shopify Payments - we never store any banking data
- Browsing: IP address, browser type, pages visited (anonymous statistics)

WHY WE USE IT

- To process your order and deliver it to you
- To reply when you contact us
- To send you our newsletter (only if you said YES)
- To improve our site and services
- To meet our legal obligations (invoices, accounting)

ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS?

- Performance of the sales contract
- Your explicit consent (newsletter, non-essential cookies)
- Our legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention)
- Compliance with legal obligations

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

- Our internal team (orders, customer service)
- Our service providers: Shopify (hosting and payment), Zoho (email), our carriers
- The competent authorities, only when the law requires it

We NEVER sell your data. We don't rent it out either. Promise.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

- Order data: 10 years (accounting obligation)
- Customer account: 3 years after your last activity
- Newsletter: 3 years after your last interaction
- Cookies: 13 months maximum

SECURITY

Everything is encrypted (SSL), our hosting is secure, and only authorized people can access your data.

YOUR RIGHTS

At any time, you can:
- Access your data
- Correct it
- Delete it (right to be forgotten)
- Restrict or object to processing
- Retrieve your data in a readable format (portability)
- Withdraw your consent
