TERMS OF SALE

Welcome! Before placing your order, take a moment to read through these terms. They simply set out what we commit to for each other.

WHO IS "THE SELLER"?

ZM Digital - Sole proprietorship represented by Mr. Megnai
Registered office: 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris - SIREN 852 477 041 (RCS Paris)
E-mail: contact@lecomptoirducoffret.fr · Phone: +33 7 56 82 03 53

Hereinafter "the Seller". You, placing the order, are "the Customer".

ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE

These Terms of Sale govern the online sale of the products offered on lecomptoirducoffret.fr. By confirming your order, you accept them without reservation.

ARTICLE 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

Our products are described with care, and the photos are there to help you picture them. However, they are not strictly contractually binding (lighting, screens, etc.). If you have any doubt about a detail before buying, write to us — we reply within 24 hours.

ARTICLE 3 - YOUR ORDER

You place your order online in just a few clicks. As soon as payment is confirmed, a summary e-mail is sent to you - it's official, we have received your order.

We reserve the right to cancel an order for a legitimate reason (out of stock, payment anomaly, etc.). If that happens, you will be refunded in full.

ARTICLE 4 - PRICE

All our prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included (incl. VAT).
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of 2,95€ for all of mainland France, whatever the order amount.

We may change our prices at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the one displayed at the moment you confirm it.

ARTICLE 5 - PAYMENT

You can pay by:
- Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro)
- PayPal
- Shop Pay

All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments, our secure payment provider. We do not store any banking data on our servers.

ARTICLE 6 - SHIPPING

Everything is explained in detail in our Shipping Policy (link at the bottom of the page).
In short: shipping at 2,95€ within mainland France, within 5 to 9 business days, with a tracking number sent by e-mail as soon as your order ships.

ARTICLE 7 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (changed your mind? here's how it works)

The law grants you 14 days to change your mind from the date you receive the product, with no need to justify yourself (articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).

As a commercial gesture, we extend this period to 30 days.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility if you simply change your mind. If the item is defective, non-compliant or damaged on delivery, we cover all return costs and provide you with a prepaid label.

Full details in our Return Policy, accessible from the site footer.

HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Withdrawing is simple: use our online withdrawal form,
available at any time from the site footer ("Right of
withdrawal" section) or directly here: https://lecomptoirducoffret.fr/en/pages/retractation

As soon as we receive your request, we send you an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail.
You can also write to us at contact@lecomptoirducoffret.fr.

You then have 14 days to send the product back to us. The refund is
issued within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the return, via the same
payment method used when placing the order.
