SHIPPING POLICY

At Le Comptoir du Coffret, every order is carefully prepared so it reaches you in perfect condition. Here is everything you need to know.

1. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is a flat rate of 2,95€, whatever your order total, anywhere in mainland France.

2. DELIVERY TIMES

• Order preparation: 1 to 3 business days
• Transit: 4 to 6 business days 
• Total delivery time: 5 to 9 business days

3. WHERE WE SHIP

For now, mainland France.
Live somewhere else (French overseas territories, Belgium, Switzerland)? Write to us before ordering at contact@lecomptoirducoffret.fr and we will look into it together.

4. ORDER TRACKING

As soon as your parcel ships, you receive an e-mail with a tracking number. You can follow your order step by step until delivery.

5. PRICING

The price shown at checkout is the final price, taxes included.

6. UNDELIVERED OR LOST PARCEL

If your parcel is taking longer than the announced delivery times, contact us at contact@lecomptoirducoffret.fr. We will immediately open an investigation with the carrier, and if the parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer you a replacement shipment or a refund.

7. ADDRESS ERRORS

Please double-check your address when placing your order. If you spot a mistake, write to us right away: we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
