Changed your mind? By law, you have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase, no justification needed. Simply fill in the form below: your request is sent to us directly by email and we will get back to you promptly.

How it works

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
As a commercial gesture, we extend this period: you have 30 days after delivery to return your order (see our return policy).
No justification is required.
Return the item(s) in their original condition. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
You will be refunded within 14 days of our receiving the return (or proof of shipment).
